1. Slices of cucumbers over your eyes for 10-15 minutes, daily, is a great “pick me up” for your eyes.
2. Cold teabags or ice cubes wrapped in a soft clothes over your eyes every morning will help reduce swelling. you can refrigerate the teabags to repeat the process every morning.
3. Pureeing a raw potato and spreading it on your closed eyes. Wash it off with warm water after 30 minutes.
4. There are many under eye creams that can help with dark circles and puffiness. Look for a cream that is high in vitamin K.
*TIPS* Make sure your sinuses are clear. Pressure from clogged sinuses can cause the puffiness to get worse. So keep allergies under control!
